Help! Why did my Steem Power suddenly drop?

Hi everyone, sorry if this is a noob question but as I am new on Steem I don't understand everything yet.

My Steem Power in the Wallet section has suddenly changed. Since I first started using Steem it was at 1.001 Steem and (+145.7something STEEM) underneath - see attached.

And today the number in between brackets dropped to (3.999 STEEM) did I just loose around 140 STEEM or am I missing something?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
