It happened. Because our police and law system are dumbed down when it comes to "helping each other". My friend once helped poor guy on a street, when he was hit by a biker. He called police and ambulance. And police took him to the station, asked him tons of questions in a way as he was the one who took the man down. That conversation took almost whole night.... That's why I don't help. Not because I wouldn't like to. But because of the fucked up system.
