Help us save the leg of my daughter Anna Poyarkova: request for help

Hi, my name is Sergey Poyarkov, I am from Russia and I am 32 years. My youngest daughter, Anna (5 years old) was born with a serious defect feet.
Diagnosis Anna: congenital false joint bones of the left lower leg against the backdrop of neurofibromatosis.
We have conducted several operations at the institute named Turner in St. Petersburg. After the first operation was a positive trend, but after the second things got much worse and leg bones were broken in several places.
We have 2 options. 1. Perform the operation again. 2. leg amputated and use of modern bionic prosthesis. Both options require at least $ 35,000. We have an offer from the clinic in Germany and Israel. In Russia, we have managed to gather a little while. So I decided to turn to the international community.
