I could use some assistance from any fellow steemit users

I am trying to upload a profile pic/avatar and a background image but the method is very different than other sites I have uploaded on before. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
