Learn the Bible: But God has helped me to this very day; so I stand here and testify to small and great alike

The doctrine of the Kingdom of God, the empire of the divine perfections, spread in the early days of Christianity, not through the teaching of human wisdom but by the force of preaching: "For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.", 1 Corinthians 1:21.
Paul, who was before his conversion a persecutor of Christians, in the acts of the apostles, gives to us an example of the importance of bearing witness to Jesus and his doctrine, in his declaration before the King of Judea:
"So then, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the vision of heaven. First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and then to the Gentiles, I preached that they should repent and turn to God and demonstrate their repentance by their deeds. That is why some Jews seized me in the temple courts and tried to kill me. But God has helped me to this very day; so I stand here and testify to small and great alike. I am saying nothing beyond what the prophets and Moses said would happen— that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles.", Acts 26:19-23.

All adult Christians have, like disciples, as people reborn from above, the task of missionary, that is, to expand the doctrine of the Kingdom of God through preaching, bring the good news to the oppressed, to the hopeless: "Be holy because I am holy", 1 Peter 1:16; "Be merciful just as your Father is merciful", Luke 6:36. Paul as a man of faith preaches the Kingdom, the doctrine of excellence in man, until the end of his days.
This is why the diversity of charisms is so important, and fundamentally the gift of the apostolate mentioned by Paul in 1 Corinthians 12:28.
