A) so you have 10 Votes a day for free ... 20% generate a day... 2% loss at 100% so its 10 Votes a Day for no losing powers ;)

A)each time you post your voting power decreases by 2%. That's why if you vote 10 times in one day, it'll drop you to 80% voting power, which will take one day to regenerate. If you vote more in a day, your voting weight drops more, but also takes longer to regenerate.

A is the correct option. So a 100% vote takes 2% of your Steem Power. You recover 2% every 2.4 hours, that's a 20% daily. You can give 10 votes every day. When you reach 500 SP you will be given the slider to give a lower percentage vote with this option you can split your vote weight as many times as you wish. Like 50 votes of 20% a day.

A 100% upvote reduces VP by A) 2%. When I go on a voting spree I often drain my VP into the 70's. I am okay with this, because I don't have much of a vote to begin with and I'd rather support someone than worry about my VP :D

I'm gonna go with 2% as well. I've read that around 10 votes a day are possible at 100% voting power. Doing some quik mafs, it means that each vote reduces around 2% power.

Final answer: a) 2
I believe this to be the answer because early on someone told me not to upvote to the point of going below 80%. They said that was about 10 upvotes a day. Therefore using grammer school 6th grade math:
100% - (10 x 2%)= ?
1.00 - (10 x .02)= .80
100 x .80= 80%
I have shown all my work. Thank you for letting me play!

A) Answer is 2%. When I was a new member of Steemit, I did not know that my voting power was something that could fall. I voted for every good post I read, even comments. I felt myself that I had contributed something to and rewarded good things. It was, of course! What was the point of being stingy? This has continued for a while. When I saw when I voted and there was no total win effect, I stopped there. What was happening? Then I searched that the voting power as a minnow was quite low. It was a very sad situation. It's been rough in about a week. Then I learned that an upvote of 100%, reduces our vote power by 2%, and that it took 2.4 hours to replace it. So I had to give a maximum of 10 votes a day. After I learned this, I continued to be more selective. This is such a moment.
