I feel so happy sharing my thoughts in the great SEC: S20/W4 in this great dynamics, I would take part in performing the exercises required of me.

Define Ethiopathogenic Anemia

Ethiopathogenic Anemia is a pathogenic disease caused by an imbalances proportion of red blood cells situated in the bone marrow. The imbalance occurs from production to release of the erythrocytes into these target zone. It occurs due to poor maturation of red blood cells out blood sample. In other words, it is a classified anemia based on its causes and mechanism which develops as a result of decreased. Red blood cells production, blood loss and increased destruction in red blood cells.

Make a diagram of the maturation of the UFC-E

We have seen the maturation process, the Hematopoietic stem cells which is the beginning point for differentiation of hematopoietic stem cell init various cells, differentiates in the myeloid stem cells which could turn to various types of blood cells, it further differentiates into its first visible precursor proerythroblast in the red blood cells development. It further differentiates into the Basophilic erythroblast is it's next precursor before further differentiating into Polychromatic Erythroblast. It further divides into orthochromatic erythroblast and develops into Reticulocytes where nucleus condenses and gets rejected as it prepares to form the mature erythrocyte.

Aregenerative vs Regenerative Anemia

AregenerativeRegenerative
Bone marrow does not produce sufficient new erythrocytesBone marrow produces sufficient new RBC's
Production of immature erythrocyte is very lowProduction of mature erythrocytes is very low
If the body does not respond to anemia then it is Aregenerative anemiaIf body response is anemia available then it is regenerative anemia
It is quite challenging and dangerousit is quite easier and better if the cause of RBC loss is and truly diagnosed

Clinical Case

The first activity in case of bleeding is applying pressure on the surface of the injury to prevent blood loss. It is quite expedient to apply alcohol, on the injury as it aids in sticking the boy tissue while preventing blood loss, in cases of intern bleeding. Its most important to visit a medical personnel but the overall activity would be to add pressure to reduce bleeding, add alcohol and tie the source of bleeding.

I invite @muzack1 @mvchacin @ruthjoe @pandora2010 to join challenge

Thank you for understanding the class and giving us an assignment, I hope to be as clear as possible with you regarding my grades, please enjoy the process with us♥

Observations

  • Task 1 (1.5/2.5) Define Etiopathogenic Anemia:

You described the concept in general, however we hope that you could relate the IPR and explain it in your own words, I hope you do better next time.

  • Task 2 (2.5/2.5) Make a diagram of the maturation of the UFC-E:

The student made a good diagram, and also explained in his own words how the process of erythrocyte formation occurs, emphasizing the reticulocyte and how it loses its new one to become a new red blood cell.

  • Task 3 (2.0/2.5) Aregenerative Anemia vs Regenerative Anemia:

Highlighted the differences very well, however, it lacked a little more depth. We greatly appreciate your effort.

  • Task 4 (2.0/2.5) Give suggestions in case of bleeding:

You did a good job, it would have been better if you had understood yourself more in this answer. We know that you should go to a doctor, however, it was to answer recommendations for people in case you do not have a doctor close to you.
