Wishing everyone good health, I hope you are all well. I am very happy to participate in Season 20 Engagement Contest. So here I come to take an entry with ideas about etiopathogenic anemias. Learned many important things here.

Defines Ethiopathogenic Anemia

Ethiopathogenic anemia refers to the type of anemia in which the root cause of anemia is determined by its ethiology or analysis of the cause of the disease. The word Ethiopathogenic comes from two parts.

  • Ethio (cause of the disease)
  • pathogenic (disease-producing process)

Anemia is usually caused by a lack of red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin, or both. Ethiopathogenic anemia can cause anemia due to various diseases or physiological problems. For example..

  • Acute or Chronic Blood Loss
  • Reduced RBC Production
  • Destruction of red blood cells
Make a diagram of the maturation of the UFC-E

This is a simple diagram that summarizes the causes and consequences of etiopathogenic anemia. To understand the concept of maturity of UFC-E, I will show the stages between the cause and the result of this anemia.

The first stage consists of etiopathogenic anemia.

From that comes the next step of reasons. Where there are kidney problems, harmful blood cells and nutritional deficiencies.

The last step is the result. Where there is lack of oxygen, fatigue and heart problems.

Aregenerative Anemia vs Regenerative Anemia

Regenerative Anemia and Regenerative Anemia are two types of anemia that are related to the body's ability to regenerate blood cells. The characteristics of these two types of anemia are given below.

Aregenerative AnemiaRegenerative Anemia
The bone marrow cannot make new blood cells or makes very few.The bone marrow is active and can make new blood cells.
The level of immature red blood cells in the blood is very low, indicating that the body is not making new blood cells. The number of reticulocytes in the blood is high, indicating that the body is trying to compensate for lost or destroyed blood cells.
May be caused by chemotherapy, bone marrow disease, certain medications and chronic diseases.May be due to bleeding, hemolytic anemia or trauma.
Treatment may include blood transfusions, hormone therapy, and, if necessary, a bone marrow transplant.Treatment is to stop the bleeding, iron supplements, or treat hemolytic anemia.
Say suggestions in case of bleeding

  1. The first step in stopping bleeding is to apply direct pressure to the wound with a clean cloth or bandage. If the bleeding is profuse, keep the pressure firm and use more cloth without changing the cloth.

  2. Try to keep the wound elevated above the heart to reduce bleeding. It slows blood flow and reduces bleeding. Cover the wound using gauze or a clean bandage if possible. It reduces the risk of infection.

  3. If the bleeding does not stop within 10 minutes after applying pressure, see a doctor immediately or contact the emergency department of the nearest hospital. Once the bleeding has stopped, clean the wound with clean water or disinfectant and use protective measures such as antiseptics.

  4. In case of bleeding, the affected area should be rested and it is important to take necessary rest to boost the body's immunity. It is important to know the root cause of the bleeding. If it is traumatic then action should be taken accordingly. Otherwise, internal bleeding requires prompt treatment.

Prompt and appropriate action in cases of bleeding can save lives by reducing the amount of bleeding and the risk of infection. So I expressed my thoughts on today's topic. Hope everyone understood. Thanks for being with me.

The advice you give in case of bleeding is very useful to keep the wound stable if we don’t have a hospital nearby and the journey is very long.

Every week we learn good things in the course and that’s great, now we can learn a little more about anemias yeyy.

Have a nice day!

Thank you so much for spending your precious time on this post and giving such a wonderful comment.
