Talking about health issues will never end and before talking further I would like to invite steemit friends @lirvic, @vivigibelis and @chefdanie to join the challenge “SEC S20W5 || Anemias Hemolíticas - Modulo 5”.

Define Anemias Hemolíticas

Hemolytic anemia is a condition that occurs due to the destruction of red blood cells (erythrocytes) which occurs faster in the blood vessels than the process of forming red blood cells by the bone marrow. This can be caused by various things, including autoimmune diseases, infections, reactions to drugs, or genetic disorders such as sickle cell anemia.

The symptoms of anemia hemolytica include fatigue, paleness, yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes and even an unstable increase in heart rate. Diagnosis can be done with regular blood tests, hemoglobin tests, even laboratory tests on red blood cell content, as well as signs of hemolysis.
The treatment that must be taken depends on the cause that causes this disease. For example, we can carry out drug therapy, blood transfusions, or actions that can cure someone from the disease they are currently experiencing.

Define Anemia Drepanocítica

Drepanocítica anemia, or sickle cell anemia, is a type of anemia caused by genetic abnormalities in hemoglobin, which is also caused by the protein content in red blood cells which functions as a means of transporting oxygen. A condition that causes red blood cells to have an incorrect shape but can resemble sickles or crescents.

Because the shape is not the same as usual, of course it will have an impact on easy rupture and the potential for blockage of blood vessels which results in disruption of a person's blood flow and in other conditions it can even cause pain or complications from both. Drepanocítica anemia is influenced by acute fatigue and even acute pain, which can sometimes be caused by frequent infections in the body's organs.

Because basically anemia occurs due to genetic factors, and treatment can be done by pain management, blood transfusions, drug therapy, and some even have bone marrow transplants.

Hemolisis intravascular vs Hemolisis extravascular

Hemolysis disease can be divided into two main types: intravascular hemolysis and extravascular hemolysis. The following is an explanation of both:

Intravascular Hemolysis
Including hemolysis which occurs in the blood vessels.
and of course there are causes: for example due to blood transfusion reactions, infections or genetic disorders (such as sickle cell anemia).

A process occurs that results in the rupture of red blood cells in the body, which has the potential to cause disruption to blood flow, affecting the hemoglobin contained in blood plasma and can cause symptoms such as back pain, reddish or brown urine, as well as an increase in bilirubin levels.
Under certain conditions, free hemoglobin can be found in serum and urine. And of course this must be investigated first.

Extravascular Hemolysis
Is hemolysis that occurs outside the blood vessels, especially in organs such as the spleen and liver.
Which is caused by a link between a person's conditions, such as autoimmune anemia, liver disease, or hereditary disorders.

Which causes damage to red blood cells caused by macrophages in the body's organs.
The symptoms that may occur include yellow color of the skin and eyes, enlargement of the spleen and of course anemia.

This can occur due to an increase in bilirubin levels bound by other genetic substances which can cause a decrease in the number of red blood cells.

Explique un caso de Anemia Hemolítica

Cause of this disease
Many factors cause anemia hemolytica in a person;

Autoimmune Disease: This is a disease that attacks red blood cells caused by certain infections such as malaria attacks which affect the destruction of red blood cells
Apart from that, it is caused by the use of drugs that can trigger hemolytic reactions and genetic abnormalities which are one of the causes of sickle cell anemia and thalassemia which can also cause hemolysis.

In fact, in other cases it can also be caused by physical injury or very serious wounds which also have the potential to cause hemolysis.

The symptoms that arise in anemia hemolytica can vary, but can include several factors such as: Fatigue and weakness.
even pale due to lack of blood or prolonged fatigue which also causes yellowness of the skin and eyes without us realizing it

Discomfort in the form of stomach or back pain, enlarged spleen and even other signs of an unstable heartbeat.

Of course, all of this can be analyzed by examining red blood cells, hemoglobin and reticulocytes or what are called pink blood cells. Apart from that, we can also do a Coombs test or a bilirubin test with the aim of finding out whether there is anything that causes anemia due to frequent immune reactions.

Treatment
Treatment of anemia hemolytica depends on the cause of the disease which causes the loss of red blood cells, which includes drug therapy, blood transfusions (this is really needed in people with severe or acute anemia).

If necessary, an action that must be taken into account beforehand can be carried out, namely removal of the lymph. This requires careful consideration. Taking the wrong action can cause things we don't want.

Conclusion
That Anemia hemolytica is a disease that needs to be treated seriously and appropriately so that this disease does not take lives and must be identified very well to take treatment measures and in an effort to prevent complications that arise later due to wrong actions

In this writing there is still much that needs to be improved. It is a personal experience of illness caused by aedes agipty mosquito bites and the fatigue factor that makes me have to rest. This happened in 2009 and according to the doctor's prediction a little too late would make my blood vessels burst.

Sama-sama pak muzack1..
Sukses selalu untuk anda..
