Fortunately, there are different methods of treating chicken thistle, which aim at softening the hardened cork substance with the so-called " keratolytic agents and its release from the body. For the same purpose, it is sometimes applied with liquid nitrogen sputtering or thorn heal by electrocoagulation. There is an old folk recipe for the treatment of chicken thistle, which can cure small and medium sized formations. It is prepared as follows. Take a fresh potato peel (diameter 1.5-2 cm is sufficient). Place a pinch of salicylic powder in the center of the cut surface. If you can not find salicylic, a broken aspirin tablet is also working. In the evening before bed, place the peel with salicylate on the hen's thorn and cover it with leucoplast or a bandage. It is left to stand all night long and is removed in the morning. Repeat the procedure 3-4 consecutive nights. The expected result is the thistle to thaw and fall out. The "thorn" of the thorn is actually the hardened keratin. Do not worry about the hole in the throat where the thorn hen lay. Disinfect it with rivanol or oxygen, dry it, and fill it with the expensive face cream, where your wife hides it at the bottom of the bedside table. If salicylic does not help to treat the thistle, ask a surgeon to "prick" the thorn while it is still soaked
