Greetings to my all STEEMIT fellows. Hopefully you all are fine and enjoying your best life on STEEMIT. Today I will try my best to attempt all questions. I hope that you will like it

Create a meal or recipe using at least 3 herbs which are commonly found in your area and explain the health benefits of each herb in the recipe.

First of all I want to tell you that I will make chutney using three methods and this chutney is very delicious chutney and we people keep eating momin and whenever we don't want to eat curry. They complete their meals using the same sauce and I have also made this sauce by mixing these three herbs and I will tell you which items I have used and how to use them

And then I used a grinder to grind it for her because my mom always says that the grind that's in the koondi is not in the machine the other way, so it's not fun to eat, it's artificial. So if we grind it like this in koondi, it becomes very tasty.

First of all I will tell you the Ingredients that I used. And these are the ingredients that are most commonly used in our area

  • Green Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Mint

  • Mint:

We can say that Peppermints is a natural , helping to break up the problems of fever and cold. So it's great for eliminating mucus that remains in this season also. And it is very effective to protect our selves in this situation through this process

We can Applying peppermint oil or balm on the forehead or if we feel head cold. Then it removes the headache and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Besides, it has some anti-bacterial properties which not only prevent infection relate to harmful bacteria in the mouth, but also eliminate it, and if a person's mouth has a bad smell, it can remove this peppermint

To use this mint we should: We are one Using regular routines so that we can get its benefits because peppermint oil is the active form of peppermint is also used to reduce flatulence. Stomach syrups are also made, they are made because mint is very soothing to our stomach and helps with stomach ailments.

  • Garlic:

Garlic has properties that strengthen the immune system a lot, and if you get a cold or such an infection, then if you use garlic, you should face the risks. You can avoid using garlic to reduce blood pressure and we can also improve blood circulation. In addition, it is caused by the blood that accumulates in the artery, which is caused by heart diseases.   • Green pepper:

It is found in large amounts of cyanide, which improves the immune system and is also used to heal wounds. And it is very prominent in reducing the timing volleys. It also supports the eye. In addition it is used for very important work which is that it can also be beneficial in reducing weight because green chilies are low in calories

It is high in fiber and it is rich in nickel which can help in weight loss, it is also essential for proper digestion and it also helps in reducing inflammation. It also helps control high blood pressure. Besides, green chilies contain a lot of potassium, which helps in controlling heart disease and blood pressure.

Pick any two seasonings and research their health benefits. Write a short paragraph on each, covering how they can benefit your health when included in meals.
  • Ginger:

Ginger has many properties that make it very helpful in the management of gout. Apart from that, it is also very helpful for digestion. It often heals and stimulates the system and also reduces discomfort in the digestive tract. Ginger is also used to relieve nausea. Morning sickness during isolation is motion sickness and after surgery, plus the antioxidants in ginger help strengthen the immune system and protect against infection

  • Cardamom:

It is very useful in diseases such as dysentery. Also it freshens the breath yet for people who have breathing problems like me I make cardamom coffee and drink it so it improves the breath as well as the blood. It also controls blood pressure and blood sugar

  • Tomato:

And tomato juice is also used, which is very secretive and can be served on its own or as part of a cocktail. Also used is tomato. It is very comforting and now it is like teaching.   • Coriander:

Coriander is best added in fresh and spicy salads, besides, it is very helpful for soups and curries. The leaves give a very good taste in many dishes and especially like soupy curry like meat or we are making a kadai or any kind of kadai. Coriander is used on the end and sprinkled on top of it gives a very good look. Coriander seeds are usually ground and taste like a hot spice like curry powder and are used in many spices. If we eat the seeds of dinir, put them in curry or rice, then when the seeds of the dunya go down the teeth, it gives a very good taste, in addition, it is used to make the meat delicious and make it methodical.

We cut the goo and use it in chala deen and it is used in lentil soup and chicken or to give it a very good taste on top of vegetables. It is very good that we give it a taste, or we make the catch that we will prepare so that it looks fresh and very good. Besides that, we use the green leaves and green chillies and spices well. Can also be ground and used as a chutney

  • Mint:

Mint salad has a very nice refreshing and cooling flavor, especially when eaten mint chatni with yogurt. And we have used mint in many chutneys. We also eat eat by putting mint sauce on top of breads and frying them . The smell of mint is very good. It has a good taste and we make it smell very good. Mint is used for rice and many food addicts so it is very good

We can use it by dip in hot water and then we can add honey or lemon in it. And we can serve it hot or cold. When we cook the meat by roasting, before roasting the meat, if we use mint leaves, then the smell and taste of the mint becomes very good.

  • Green Pepper:

    Green chillies are also a great addition to the flavor. Apart from that we can use green chillies in many other ways like we put a big whole cut in the middle of the nari machi. This You can boil the besan inside and fry it and use it in our house.

Green chillies used in many vedgetables lie carrot, raddish and many other vedgetables we use. And after that it can increase the hunger by using ijn meat like chicken adn beaf. It can increase the tase in al cooking meals. We can make meal by simply fry it . We can make cut in the center of the pepper/ then we can fil it according to or choice. Like we always fill it with gram flour. And then fry it . it will give an amazing taste

  • Ginger:

First of all, I would like to tell you about the use of ginger in terms of tea, because the way the weather has been today, it has become very important to drink ginger tea. It is also used for digestive problems and eye problems. Women can also use ginger tea for colds. It completely corrects the human condition and the taste of ginger is used to improve many foods. Because of ginger, the taste of the food becomes very delicious.

You can use ginger water with it, it will give a very good way and it can reduce your weight not only for you but also for those who want to eat and drink but because of their weight. They didn't eat ginger tea or anything else If you use ginger in curry and eat it in large quantities, it will be very beneficial. We can also grind ginger well and add it to the sauce. Time to grind it and put it in it and after that we tile the people.
