The preparation of the tea is very simple and easy. All we need to do is to boil all the ingredients in the water to make the herbal tea.

This is the fresh Ashwagandha and I am using this picture from my last homework because currently I do not have green and fresh Ashwagandha but dry. I have dry Ashwagandha I will use the woods and leaves of Ashwagandha.

These are oats. They can be used in various ways. I will add these oats into the water for the boiling purposes to get extract of oats in the tea. Oats are also used in the daily foods.

These are flaxseeds and in my language which is useful these are known as السی. These seeds are useful for the women hormonal support. I will add them in the tea.

This is the water for the preparation of this herbal tea to support women hormonal health. The furnace is also active and the water is being heated.

Now I will add these ingredients in the water one by one to make proper herbal tea. I have broken the woods of Ashwagandha into small pieces.

After heating the water the flaxseeds are in the container. They are being boiled and absorbing heat to expand and leave their benefits.

I added oats in the water as they can be seen. They are on the upper surface of the water. They are also absorbing heat from the water. After absorbing water and heat they will also become bugger in size and they will expand.

As the final ingredient I have Ashwagandha for the completion of the remedy. The dry leaves and woods of the Ashwagandha are in the remedy.

The boiling of the herbs in water was continued until the water started bubbling. Due to continuous boiling the upper surface of the water was full of the small bubbles like the foam. And it was the indication that the tea was ready.
