Menopause Tea Blend

Create a tea blend for the menopause support using at least 3 herbs. Document the ingredients, preparation steps, and benefits of herbs and remedy.

Before making tea blend for the menopause support I want to discuss menopause. Menopause is the disorder in the women when their menstural cycle stops when they do not have menses. If it happens in a certain age then it is not considered as a disorder but before the certain age it's a problem.

I will create a herbal tea blend for the menopause support by using the following ingredients:

  • Cardamom
  • Cabbage
  • Ashwagandha

Here is the cardamom a widely used herb as a spice and as the taste buddy for the several dishes. There are two types of cardamom small cardamom and big cardamom. This is in the dried form and it has a wonderful fragrance. Due to the fragrant flavour it is the part of especially the sweet dishes. I will use it in the herbal remedy.

Here we can see cabbage a widely used herb as vegetable and in the form of salads. It is used at home as well as in the fast food shops. It has benefits for the menopause support so it is the reason it will also be the part of this remedy.

Here is Ashwagandha. I am calling it a universal herb as it is used in many herbal remedies. Most of the medicine require the presence of this herb. It will be the part of this remedy as well.

All the herbs are at one place and now I will start preparation of the remedy. I have taken cardamom, ashwagandha and cabbage. Always use minimum quantity of all the herbs for the preparation of the remedies.

Here I have taken water in the container. I will boil all the herbs in this water. I have turned on the furnace and now everything will be boiled in this container of water.

Here you can see I have put cardamom in the water. I put cardamom in the water by opening it and spreading its inner seeds in the water. I break the outer cover of the cardamom as well.

Here I have put ashwagandha in the water. The woods of this herb and the fey leaves of this herb. I broken the woods into small pieces. The leaves are floating on the water.

At the end I have put cabbage in the water. But before putting it I combined the leaves of the cabbage and then I cut them into small pieces to get their benefits easily and completely in the water.

I boiled the herbs in the water for about 10 minutes. And you can see that the herbs have been dissolved in the water completely. The cardamom seeds, ashwagandha and cabbage leaves have become smooth and swollen because of absorbing heat and water.

Here you can see the remedy is completely ready to use and it will really help the women in their menopuase problems.

  • Turmeric
  • Onions

Here you can see cucumbers. We use cucumbers on everyday life for different purposes such as for the salads and for normal eating as well as for the skin masks. The cucumbers will be the part of the bone health remedy.

Here are the onions. These are the part of every kitchen and a number of dishes. Of I talk about my home then there is no any curry which is cooked without the involvement of the onions. I will use onion for the preparation of the remedy to support the bone health.

Here you can see turmeric. It is also used in different herbal remedies. And it is the part of the daily life. It is used in the kitchen. It will be the part of the remedy as well.

Here I have collected all the herbs at one place. Now I will start the next preparation procedure.

I have cut the cucumber into small slices. Because it will help to get it's extract and be white in the water easily.

I have cut onion into small pieces as well because it will help to get the extract of the onion in the water easily and ultimately it will help for the bone.

Here you can see water in the container. It was being heated already due to which we can see the small bubbles in the water. Now I will add all the herbs one by one in the water.

Here you can see I have added onions in the water. These are those onions which I have already cut into small pieces.

Here you can see I have added cucumber in the water. I added some slices of cucumber in the water. They were floating in the water and some heavy ones were in the water.

After adding onion pieces and the slices of the cucumber I added powder of the turmeric herb. You can see the turmeric powder is spreading in the container.

I boiled all the ingredients in the water for about 10 minutes. And you can see the colour of the water has changed. Due to turmeric a fragrance was also coming.

Here you can see the remedy is ready to use. It is just for the women I am just holding it to show you that the remedy is ready to use.
