Menstrual Support Tea: Prepare a herbal tea targeting menstrual health. Document the ingredients, preparation steps, and benefits of herbs and remedy. (3 marks)
The ingredients for the remedy are as follows.
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- Little piece of cinnamon
- A garlic clove
How I prepared it.?
I take pan added half cup of water and as it boiled added above mentioned ingredients and let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes. The remedy is ready.
Benefits of ajwain
There are many benefits of ajwain for health.
The four most advantage of benefits of ajwain is stomach it boost the process of digestion and the people who has any shows of indigestion used it and its very effective.
The seeds of ajwain naturally has anti inflammatory properties that's why its strongly combat any infection inside the body and found very useful.
