Preparation steps
• In this step you need for taking around 3 cups of water into a bowl and then you will on the flame and let water cook at medium flame.
• After that you have to add cinnamon,cloves in above quantities I have mentioned in bowl containing water.
• Now cook all these ingredients well for minimum 10 and maximum 15 minutes at medium to high flame.
• Now you will strain mixture and solids will be removed from water and now the remaining is tea which is extract of all essential ingredients used for making this remedy.
• Last but not least you need to add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Tea is ready for menstrual health!
