In every household there is always a day when someone suffers from nausea vomiting or simple retching, it not only upsets everyone but may cause considerable suffering before medical help can be sought. Here is a simple remedy that can work wonders and can alleviate symptoms altogether, or at least minimizing the gravity of the situation.
It consists of a simple concoction of mint leaves, orange leaves , lemon and green tea .The mixture is strained after a boil and may or may not be sweetened according to the taste.
