Voting Mana 是什麼來的!?

前天晚上是大家期待以久的HF20了！期待的不是它帶來的改變，而是它到底會帶來什麼改變！

好了，HF過後，絕大部份的用戶都不能發帖、點贊和留言了！原因是steemit的新系統還未完工。但當我打算好好休息幾天不用發文時，昨天晚上就有人說可以發文了，但大家的點贊力度十分的小！我就去了steemd看一下：

VP和Bandwidth變成了Voting Mana和Resource Credits，什麼來的！？如何計算！？有人能告訴我嗎？

縰看現時的steemit，一天的發文可能比以前的一小時還要少，看來，大家都在靜觀其變，也在等待voting mana的回復，再看看到底是什麼回事，如何操作。所以，我也打算這樣做了，待一切回復穩定後，再發文吧！要知道我寫的文章都要嘔心瀝血的，不要讓這不穩定時期把它們浪費掉啊！

不過，擅長寫steemit教學的朋友有福了，因為所有的steemit教學文章都要重新編寫了～

最後，希望有朋友能解答，Voting Mana和Resource Credits是什麼東東！？

    voting mana是取代vp的东西。rc是取代宽带。rc是按你持有的sp分配一定数量的rc。现在点赞会消耗vm同时也消耗rc
