Welcome to Steemit. There are lot's of guides that can help you get started and make the most of it. One of the best ways to learn is just start reading other peoples work.

When you find something you like, be sure to take a second and upvote the post. Try to upvote at least 10 posts and comments a day along with making good posts and you will find that your followers and account will grow.
