Titanic moment hiking at Saddle Mountain, Oregon. I have never hiked outside of summer before until this time around. My girlfriends asked me to go out, and the man in me didn’t let me pass just because it’s cold and windy outside.
I would not recommend hiking to a top of a mountain during this kind of weather. It felt like conquering Everest, only that there’s no view because the flippin’ clouds covered every dang thing! It was supposed to be a 360 degree view of the Pacific Ocean and the mountain saddles. But at the end, my manliness level just went up over 9000 cos we really could’ve died climbing those steep hills with 100mph winds breezing from time to time.
