  • Salt or Sodium Chloride (NaCl) is essential for life
  • NaCl promotes Hydrochloric acid in your stomach, which promotes digestive enzymes
  • Blood volume is controlled by the kidney using salt excretion or reabsorption
  • Kidney regulates Blood Pressure by controlling NA+ (Sodium) excretion (Blood Volume) and tone of blood vessels
  • The lymphatic system is there to regulate water and to distribute throughout your body. It is also like garbage, picking up old blood and waste material that will promote swelling, stiffness and even swelling. Without a proper water distribution with salt, your lymphatic system will be lacking
  • Eat too much salt- makes you thirsty so you drink water- prompts kidney to excrete salt and water and lower Blood Pressure
  • Eat to little salt- prompts kidney to conserve salt and water and raise Blood Pressure
  • If blood volume is low, kidney signals increase in Blood Pressure and retention of NaCl
  • Drink too much water and not enough salt may lead to low salt condition (hyponatremia), serious weakness. (low sodium levels in the blood). Salt has colloidal minerals such as Potassium which promotes energy and used in soft drinks that athletes advertise.
  • Salt does not cause high blood pressure!!!!
  • Natural unprocessed salt contains traces of Iodine, essential for your thyroid.
The above statement is only recognized when one uses a pure salt that is mined by natural standards, by hand, unprocessed using harsh man made chemicals and is not heated in a machine rather dried in the sun prior to packing. Try our Himalayan Salt and notice the mild taste and difference than processed salt.

Stay tuned for part 2 Mp

I always have my Himalayan sea salt out. I keep it right next to the stove. I have low magnesium and when I run I sweat a ton of it out. I also do salt baths with it. Thanks for the info. I always like to learn more of the benefits.

no problem. I would recommend dispersing salt in a glass jar or container, and by end of day or next morning, you should see leftover salt at the bottom, which will make 26% salt concentration ratio. This is known as SOLE, you can take a spoon (wood) preferred, or measure by eye and disperse into your water drink. I add this to my smoothies, water, and all kinds of drinks, especially when I use my Infrared Sauna. have a good night, thanks

I have never heard of that. Awesome!
