I have a question I'm completely new to the Steemit/Steem/Blockchain and still learning. Wondering if I put #hiphoptheblockchain in my articles/posts is that how they will get resteemed by hhtb? Is it a good thing to use a lot of hashtags on Steemit? also wondering if can you private message with someone you are following or others on this platform?
