I really love to see the older Godz transcend and redefine themselves and push hiphop to more audiences. One of the most memorable artists that deliver a certified classic in the game. GZA /the Genius deliver one of his classics tracks from the Liquid Swords over the concept of a Tiny Desk Concert which is basically being crammed in a desk with musicians and live instruments as his lyrics flow across the wind instruments from the Soul Rebel band.
GZA always on point deliver Duels of the Iron Mic with the same energy while giving twists and original flow. Even the breaks and the intensity of the tracks are all there.
The analog instruments definitely give a different vibe but as you cant just wait to sing along, these verses are cherished by the audience all over.
Of course if a heavy task rhyming every single bar on a track, remember the original he pull out guest emcees like RZA, Ghostface and others. However GZA single handle puts the whole track.

Greetings ... I do not know much about hip hop, but is 90's hip hop very different from the current hiphop?
