Actually no one know that, but we can say the oldest languages of all time till now, the roots of our and even build some relations that have driven us to other new discoveries. One of oldest and greatest languages that still in use is Arabic, one of the world’s major languages with over 300 million people in various Arab countries who use it as a mother tongue and with a history goes back to the 1st century as discovered lately. In fact, Arabic is the 5th common language in the world, It is also used extensively as the major language in a non-Arab country, the Central African Republic of Chad, and as a minority language in several other countries, including Afghanistan, Israel (where both Arabic and Hebrew are official languages), Iran, and Nigeria. In 1974, Arabic was adopted as one of the six United Nations official languages, joining Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. Over one billion Muslims in places like India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Tanzania study Arabic as a foreign or second language for liturgical and scholarly use. In the United States, several Muslim and Arab communities employ Arabic in their daily interactions and for religious purposes. In fact, Arabic is the oldest language of this languages and by researches Arabic is the root of all the second, third and fourth level of languages. Arabic is the most powerful language in the plant, it's a first level language, with its huge power to deliver accurate meaning by as low as one letter, with a huge dictionary of synonyms. You just can say loin in 10 different words in Arabic, it's possesses eloquence that does not exist in any other language and that's not it the single word can have more than 10 derivatives. It has a match and a derivation with all the modern languages and some of the old ones like Egyptian hieroglyphics, etc. If I will mention all the similarities that exist and the research will turn into a book of more than a thousand pages. But you still can ask me for example or a book recommendation or can google search it.

Arabic belongs to the Afro-Asiatic (or Hamito-Semitic) family of languages that consists of over three hundred languages, some of which are extinct and some used marginally as liturgical languages. Arabic are the prime example of living Semitic language while Hausa and various dialects of Berber are examples of surviving Hamitic languages. The Semitic group are spread throughout North Africa and Southwest Asia and have played preeminent roles in the linguistic and cultural landscape of the Middle East for more than 4,000 years. In the early 21st century the most important Semitic language, in terms of the number of speakers, was Arabic. Recommendation: https://www.britannica.com/topic/history-of-Arabia
