James Seipei ,born 1974 ,was a teenager who joined the anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa. He was once Winnie Mandale's loyalist and foot soldier. He joined the st
reet revolt against apartheid in the mid-80s at the tender age of ten.

And he took a vanguard role.He came into spotlight to become the country's youngest and vibrant political activist detainnee .He spent his 12th years birthday behind the The Boer's government bars without trials. He ditched school for activism at the of thirteen. He was later kidnapped along with Kenny Kgase and Pelo Mekgwe on the order of Mrs Mandela on the ground of being an impimpi on December 29, 1988 from the mehodist manse in Orlando,Soweto.

His throat was slashed. Jerry Richardson,one of Winnie Mandela's bodyguards,was convicted of the murder.He claimed that, Winnie ordered him, with others ,to abduct four youths from Soweto,of whom Moeketsi was the youngest .Winnie Mandela was convicted of kidnapping and being an accessory to assault but her six years jail sentence was reduced to a fine and a two years suspended sentence on appeal. She was accused in 1992 of ordering the murder of Dr. Abu Bakr Asyat, a family friend who hadexamined Seipei in Mandela's house before he before he was slaughtered.
Winnie 's atrocities came into limelight and was probed at the TRC's hearings, in 1997. The hearings was later adjourned amid claims that witnesses were being intimitated on Winnie Mandela's orders.
