I'm surprised you got so close to the Stone, usually the crowds around it make it hard to get a good look, never mind a good picture. But yeah, the British Museum is BRILLIANT. If you're in the area, check out the British Library, which does have public exhibits, and the Wellcome Collection, a history of medicine museum. The Wellcome, incidentally, has one of the best cafes around.

thx for the advice, I have been to the British library several time and I truly love that place and love that all of this is free in London. I usually used to hang around Trafalgar Square. :)
