Sins of the Past

in history •  6 years ago

Even if a person has done something bad in the past, we have no right to judge them. There is a possibility that he may change, even if the consequences he makes are bad. As long as we're alive, changes are inevitable. No matter how bad or good you are, you can change if you want.

However, if someone has done something bad in the past, the level of confidence I can give him may change. If I trusted him as a brother in the past but I stabbed me, that would change how I feel for him.

I know it's against my first statement that people can change, but I'm starting to think. Once he's done something bad to me, there's no guarantee he won't do it again, right?

I agree with this...
But still, many people are looking just into the past or present...
Not even glancing into the future and how that person might change over time...
They don't want to think about it...
