100 years ago on the Trans-Siberian Railway

A century ago, when the Civil War was on the territory of the former Russian Empire, while World War I was still going on in other countries, cinematographers were among the foreign military units taking part in the intervention. It is thanks to their work in the archives that there are unique cadres depicting the Far East and Siberia during these dramatic events.

Let's take a look at what the life of the people of these lands was like a hundred years ago.

The largest city in the east of Russia is the Vladivostok, it is a seaport, hence the beginning of its movement to the west, many military formations of various allied countries in the First World War.
