More than a hundred years ago there was a tradition of giving large photo albums with pictures as a gift.Of particular interest are albums with images of participants in the First World War, which in Russia are not so many.I bring to your attention a few pictures from the album 28th East-Siberian Rifle Regiment.

Probably this photo album was presented on Easter holidays.the album is accompanied by the inscription:"Red Egg from the trenches of East Siberian shooters to dear Doroteya Grigorievna Nikitina"

Captured artillery

Cavaliers of the Saint George cross

Dancing in the free time

The visit of the delegates of Zemsky Committee

Winter snow coverage of the shooter's position

Captured enemies rifles and ammunition

Priest аt the position with a pray
