Scythian boilers in Siberia | Скифские котлы в Сибири

In the South of Siberia, in the Minusinsk basin, in the period from the 8th century BC to the 3rd century BC there was Tagar Archaeological culture. Archaeologists attribute to the Tagar culture of the Scythian world. One of the common features is the production of bronze boilers in the form of wine glasses.

На юге Сибири, в Минусинском бассейне, в период с 8 века до н. э. по 3 век до н. э. существовала Тагарская археологическая культура. Археологи относят Тагарскую культуру к Скифскому миру. Одной из общих особенностей скифского быта является производство бронзовых котлов на тонкой ножке в виде фужеров.

On the boilers stored in the Minusinsk Museum of Martianov there is no soot, apparently they were used for some ritual purposes.

На хранящихся в минусинском музее Мартьянова котлах нет нагара, видимо их применяли для каких-то ритуальных целей.
