so delishtreats..you of course did all the calculations and read up on the Vegan diet before you decided that it was a long-term solution for you? like determining how much protein you needed and what foods contained those proteins?

Exactly! Spent lots of time reading and learning about nutrition. I also get my blood checked regularly and all is great! I wouldn't do anything what would compromise my health 🙂

well I didn't mean to suggest that you would do anything to compromise your health, no I know you're much smarter than that even being just a punk kid and all. lol.
good for you, I'm impressed. a little.
hey I loved that shot on the post that you sent me, that curie visited?
mind-blowing scenery and everything but is that you in the last photo? now THAT is classic! I loved that.
I get a little tired of so many people on here with a thousand close up shots of them on every post talking about every little detail of their life.
but then I'm an introvert so I can't comprehend a lot of this social media stuff.

Hahaha, you're killing it today! No worries, I didn't get offended, lol.

Thank you for checking that one out too! Yes, that is me! It's a little project of my husband to take a photo of me taking photos whenever he travels with me :D

I'm not really a selfie type but I like the idea that 'project' :) You and introvert?! Noooooo, lol!

hey delishtreats..remember when I told you there was no escape from me once I found you? that's whats going on. lol.

I'm such an introvert...no it goes beyond that, I'm a certified Hermit!

I'm so shy that i disappear if their are other people around. that's why I never got on a social media site until steemit and then..I joined in Feb but was 2 months before I could start posting because I had nothing to say and was too shy to start talking to people!

The first time I got a personal comment I just stared at it not knowing what to do! I called Mrs. J in and said hey look some person on the other side of the world wants to talk, what do I do??? hahha!

luckily I started typing some gibberish. probably never heard from them again, they probably thought "wow what's this guy's problem??" lol.

yeah we have enough drama going on in steemit, maybe you should avoid the selfies for now! lol.

Oh, I see.. I thought you were kidding, lol!

I have to believe what you say as I don't know you personally :) I'm glad that you managed that comment thing at the end, lol!

Silly question - who is Mrs. J, some kind of an American internal joke? :)

ha! well the comment at the end was the only thing there that wasn't the truth! lol. we'd love to see photos of you but I think there is alot of power in creating a little curiosity or mystery right?

It's a very smart marketing technique because it's so different than all these people with the close up selfies and constant videos of themselves and talking about themselves all the freaking time! lol.

It probably works for them and that's great and they're wonderful people and all but I like your approach better, it's unique, clever and refreshing!

"an American internal joke?" ..about Mrs. J..lol. if I could be so clever..no that is my wonderful wife. she has nothing to do with steemit and thinks it's interesting but wants nothing to do with it personally.

what is on the agenda for today? are you posting today?

I didn't think about it as a marketing technique but now when you say it, it does make sense :) You said a few days ago that I was a mystery, didn't you? So let's keep it this way! Lol

Hahaha, now I get it! Sometimes I get messages from Americans that I don't really get so I rather ask :) English is not my first language so I don't want to miss a joke (if there's any)

Today I spent a few hours with my grandma while my husband was helping my relatives with picking up the potatoes (I couldn't because of my arm). We just got back 'home', will have some dinner and will go to my grandma as my husband hasn't got a chance to meet her today..

I'll be doing a post on Monday.. we had a long travel yesterday so I am tired and don't feel inspired :)

wow it must be nice to only have to post when you feel inspired! lol. I would never get a post out! I love talking to people but not posting. that's why I want to hire it out if steemit lasts and I can get some kind of financial profit out of this crazy thing.

That sounds wonderful.. your schedule. Just don't forget about your new friend from Texas! lol.

hey tell everyone there that you have a new friend who is a genuine Old West style gunslinger! It's true, I'm a pistolero and usually carry one. they probably won't believe you!
