March 3, 1924 is an important date in the course of Islamic history. At that time, officially the Khilafah Islamiyah was dissolved by Kamal At-Taturk, Jewish descendants and British agents.

Since then Muslims no longer have political institutions that unite Muslims around the world. Muslims are scattered into more than 50 countries that make Muslims weak.

One great figure that Muslims had at the time was Sultan Abdul Hamid II. For the sake of remembering his role and for Muslims to know the events dikala it. A Turkish TV shows the life of this last Ottoman caliph.

The series revolves around the life journey of Khalifah Abdul Hamid II from birth to his death from 1842 to 1918 and more focused on his 33-year rule from 1876 to 1909.

Some interesting sections in this series are as follows:

  1. When showing how world forces at that time worked together to destroy the Ottoman caliphate and how the caliph's tactics and intelligence kept the khilafah unity from division.

  2. How did the sultan's role when a conspiracy of a foreign country planned to destroy the caliphate and the second important moment of the day.

  3. Separatism that exhaled western countries with the issue of nationalism that resulted in several Balkan countries separating from the Turkish khilafah.

  4. The first Zionist Congress.

  5. The Zionist Power of the World and Freemasonry that asks the khakifah to sell the land of Palestine and establish the Jewish community there and for his role to keep Palestine to the end.

  6. Resistance of domestic organizations supported by foreign countries.

  7. The message to be conveyed in this series is to fight to the end.

The Caliph's role was played by a famous Turkish actor named Bulent Inal who was previously successful in the film 'sanawat addhiya', 'ramadhan attatari' and 'alhubb wal kibriya'.

Yusuf Esenkal, the producer of this film said that looking for the main players of the Sultan is very difficult, though his side had long been asking Inal as the cast of the sultan.

He mentioned the importance of this series, “If you are filming a historical TV series and feature real characters, you cannot drift away from reality. And if you are not intending to film a documentary, you need to include elements of drama and a little bit of fiction, as well. However, the more you stick to the history, the better.”

In the beginning of his impressions on the youtube this series get very great attention from the Arab community and watched more than 96 thousand spectators.

It must be a lot of people who want to watch this series because its history is very strong and meaningful in the eyes of Muslims.

For steemit friends who had the opportunity to see, then look at this film, very good and in accordance with the history of Ottoman Turkey that ever existed (Jumal Ahmad).
