THE ANA FRANK'S DIARY

in history •  7 years ago

I read a few books but none filled me as much as the Anne Frank diary

Anne Frank was a Jewish girl who had to hide during the Second World War to escape from the Nazis. With seven other people, she hides in the annex of 263 Prinsengracht, Amsterdam. After just over two years, all the inhabitants of the annex are discovered and deported to the concentration camps. Of the eight stowaways, only Anne's father, Otto Frank, survived. After her death, Anne became famous throughout the world thanks to the newspaper she maintained during the clandestine period.
