Houses Die Slow

in history •  7 years ago  (edited)

Houses die slow. Here in Athens the old mansions die also painfully. Brick by brick, with leaking ceilings, crushing rendering and fading door paint. Squeezed between the late 1950th - early 1970th comfortable, but faceless πολυκατοικίας - regular Athenian blocks of flats. When they die, who will remember those artistic people that brought back the beauty and style of Legendary Hellas at the beginning of XX century?1.jpg
