It is not the name Abunawas if kehabisa sense when pressed and squashed even though surrounded by the royal authorities but still the wits play to show the truth to everyone there is no harm right. One of the stories is when Abu Nawas had to stop the unfair trial of the judge altogether, the Law of the Dream.

The story
One afternoon, Abu Nawas seemed to be teaching his disciples and two guests came to his house. The first is the old lady who sells kahwa, while the other is an Egyptian youth.

The old lady said just a few words then passed on by the Egyptian boy. After hearing their complaint, Abu Nawas told his disciples to close their book.

"Now go home and invite your friends to come to me tonight carrying a hoe, a digger, an ax and a hammer and a stone," Abu Nawas said.

Although the disciples were astonished at the command of the teacher, they remained obedient to the teacher's instructions.

On the day they came to the house of Abu Nawas with the equipment requested by the teacher.

Ruin the House
Then Abu Nawas ordered them to destroy the house of the newly elected Mr. Kadi. Abu Nawas also insisted that they should tear down the house, even if there is a blocking it must be their opponent.

After getting directions from Abu Nawas, his disciples went directly to Mr. Kadi's house. They destroyed Mr. Kadi's house with a frenzy. The people around who see their behavior are surprised and they dare not prevent it at all.

Seeing his house destroyed, the master was angry but helpless.
"Who told you to ruin my house!
"Your Teacher, Mr. Abu Nawas!" they replied to tear down his house to completely flat with the ground.
"Abu Nawas provocateurs, madmen, tomorrow morning I will report it to the king," cried Mr. Kadi angrily.

True, the next day Mr. Kadi complained about the night's events so that Abu Nawas was called to immediately face the king.

The king asked what reason Abu Nawas did the destruction. But not Abu Nawas if it does not have a unique answer.

Because of the Dream
Described by Abu Nawas that he did the destruction because a few days ago dreamed and in the dream, the master of kadi asked him to ruin his house for wanting a new home.

Then the king asked how Abu Nawas could be a law based only on dreams.
Hearing the question Abu Nawas calmly replied,
"I also use this new law of Lord Kadi."

Hearing the words of Abu Nawas, instantly the face of Mr. Kadi became pale.a only silence a thousand languages.
"Hi Kadi, do you really have a law like that?" the king asked.
But Mr. Kadi did not answer, his face was pale and his body trembling with fear.

Then Abu Nawas was asked to explain
Calmly Abu Nawas recounts that there was an Egyptian young man with abundant wealth. But then he dreamed of marrying the son of Mr. Kadi. He gives a huge dowry. Then the dream quickly spread and reached the ears of Mr. Kadi.

Then Mr. Kadi used the dream by asking the young man for his dowries. Yet it was a mere dream, according to Mr. Kadi it must be done, so that the young man fell poor.

After cross ceck by bringing the young Egyptian, finally the king realized if the caddy is a despicable person. Then the king gave the punishment of taking the treasures of kadi and given to the Egyptian youth.

Mr. Kadi was thrown into prison for having wronged and abused authority.
