تقليدي نسائي من الحرير او القطن يتمثل في قطعة كبيرة من القماش تمكن المرأة من تغطية جسدها احتشاما من الرجال الاجانب،يعود تاريخ السفساري إلى الأندلس، انتقل إلى المغرب العربي مع قدوم اللاجئين الأندلسين حتى أصبح لباسا تقليديا في تونس و الجزائر في القرن السادس عشر ميلادي
