  Mermaid  are ancient  aquatic  creatures  ,with the head and up body of a female ,and the still of a fish. 
Mermaid  appear in many traditional  story  (even in my community today know as mami Water)  today in African and Asia. The first historical story appeared in ancient  (assyria) north iraq,in which the goddess  of Syrian  transformed herself into mermaid out of shame for killing  her human  lover accidentally  .
 Mermaid  are sometimes  associated  with dangerous  disaster, such as storm, flood, drowning,.

They can be kindly and generous and falling in love with human. .
