Mentioning giant of Africa you agree with me Nigeria quickly let's me share little in post about this great nation.

Nigeria has over 500 ethnic groups but three are three major and largest ethnic groups

Hausa-fulani (29% of the population)

Yoruba (21% of the population)

Igbo or Ibo (18% of the population)

Nigeria is mostly Islamic which is dominated by Hausa-fulani ethnic group.

I centered this post on The Yorubas which is the second amongst other Nigeria tribe. The Yoruba are a unique people who were probably created from Ile-ife


This so called Yoruba is an adaptation of Yo ru ebo simply means (will venerate or make offering to the) Orisa(gods)


Yorubas are still remain one of the most travelled and advance people from west part of Africa

##Who is Ooni of Ife

Ooni of Ile-ife is the traditional ruler of Ile-ife. He's the natural chairman of council of Yoruba chiefs.
Ooni of ife is the highest ranked Oba(king).


Ooni of ife

The name of king is Ojaja II (Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, born October 17, 1974) is a Nigerian accountant and the 51st Ooni of ife. He succeeded the late Oba okunade sijuade who died on July 28th, 2015.


One of nigeran newspaper the vanguard describe Ooni of ife Ojaja II as *an astute entrepreneur driven by Turing impossibilities to possibilities.
