A radio announcer today noted that today was Mick Jaggers birthday. Earlier I had seen a mention of it being the birthday of noted playwright George Bernard Shaw. A quick Google search turned up dozens of notables born on this day in history including Carl Jung, Aldous Huxley, and Stanley Kubrick.
It is a perfect example of how every random google search leads you down a rabbit hole of tangents and side roads and interesting information. In the late 1970s, author James Burke did a BBC series called "Connections ". It was a well written and well presented look at seemingly unrelated pieces of science and technology from different periods of history were, in fact, deeply interconnected. At the time, it was groundbreaking. Today everybGoogle search can reveal a wealth of unexpected relationships between people and events.
Just my random observation for today
Well.. Bernard Shaw and Mick Jagger born in the same date? Maybe its why their becoming famous, right?

James Burke is very entertaining, but he can't swagger like Jagger.
