Hi arcange. I'm a newbie at steemit.
I read your post but i'm not really understand. Daily hit-parade for newcomers what it mean ? I understand that you promote newcomers and give them more visibility on Steemit right? But how. Example like me. I'm new i haven't any post i now i want to post a introduction to steemit. So Do i need contact you first or something to get your promote.
p.s : I see IPFS in some posts. may i Ask you what is IPFS? can you explain for me?
