Alarming: HIV Cases in the Philippines Rising

Bulacan has the most number of cases and according to the report, there are 40 cases per day.

HIV cases in the Philippines alarmed the government. The cases compared to last year is rising. Others find it out alarming but for me it is a good news because we will know who are the victims of this virus and we can give help to them to suppress the virus.

Others, may withdraw on HIV screening test of different reason and one of that is stigma. In my part, stigma doesn't help a person with HIV. We need to reach them out so that they will not suffer most.

We must understand that people like the Filipinos practicing sex since the time began. They love it and with the use of Social Media, finding a sex mate is very easy. It will lead to more victim of the virus.

We need to know who are the victim of this virus and help them, educate them to stop the transmission.
I think nowadays, the most important thing we can do is to KNOW YOUR STATUS before you engage yourself in sex to someone. It must be a necessity to know the status of your partner or the person you will engage. Of course, it is not good to hear questions like, are you HIV positive or not? Instead, use condom to protect yourself.

Others may say, it is not sweet but what is sweeter life if you are free from this virus? because once you got it, you will take the treatment for a lifetime and if NOT, you may have opportunistic infections that leads you to suffering before you die.
