WORLD SMILE PROJECT OFFICIAL REPORT: PROGRAM PREPARATION STAGE AND DESIGN

This community is to accommodate the international charity while keep supporting the recent World Smile Project as it has been running for 10 weeks. This week I will manage to make the financial reporting form and some project detail in accordance with the SMART system and project cycle management.

PROGRAM PREPARATION

A. Venezuela Housing Program

The land is already cleared as for the preparation stage for construction of the house

The first project that goes to the public is the Venezuela Housing Program administrated by @mariana4ve. The project is being prepared and the land has been cleared for construction purposes. My team has constructed the BoQ (@klen.civil) and now we are clear to go ahead with the physical construction. Lots of change has been made to accommodate the budget availability and in accordance with the socio-culture of Venezuela. The high of the building has been reduced and the inside layout as well.

The plan and model of the house remain unchanged, but most probably we will change the size of the house. It is to reduce the budget and time consuming as well.

Total estimating budget is approximitely 1000 SBD

Even though the budget is plotted about 1000 SBD, but I will manage to accommodate the necessary budget to build the house with the @worldsmile account earning. The final BoQ is now calculating and with the close communication between @klen.civil and @mariana4ve I am sure they have the same understanding of the construction perception.

B. WORLD CARBON PROGRAM

The world carbon program is actually the reforestation of the mangrove area, the location will be selected in North Aceh as the Pilot project. The proposal is being produced by the team (@miftahuddin and @irawandedy), I will personally monitor and supervise the overall project implementation. This project is long-term and sustainable including monitoring and evaluation regularly.

The initial plan is to cover about 10 square kilometers and the budget will be approximately 1500 SBD (100,000 IDR/SBD). This area can be in the different areas within North Aceh and Lhokseumawe area.

The World Carbon Program is also applicable to be implemented in other countries when we have a credible country representative of the world smile project (this plan will be evaluated properly).

C. FREE EDUCATION PROGRAM

The free education initially was my personal program and it has been implemented for 10 weeks. The total student that has been supported is 20 (between 5-13 YO). This free education center was run by @steemitcountry and this is a daily class starting from Monday to Saturday ( 14.00-17.00 WIB) and Sunday is started from 08:00-17:00. Besides the daylight class, he also manages to run the evening class every day from 19:00-22:00. There is one pay salary for his initiative, that is why I supported him to pay for the expenses of running the education.

I would like to support other Free Education Center as well when World Smile Project has enough budget available. This program will be included Father/mother foster for underprivileged students by donating the fund to someone who is credible to take care of some of the vulnerable students to ensure that students get adequate education financial support.

D. AQUA CULTURE AND FISHERIES PROGRAM

This is program is underdeveloped and will be posted in my personal post to underline where and when this idea has been arisen and crossing my mind since I have run this small initiative 7 months ago, and today the first fishery project was harvested and it was benefited at least 5 families with a little amount of budget. check these pictures for information:
