As I explain in the video Steem has been a gateway into cryptocurrency for me, not having to worry about the volatility of cryptocurrency for I could earn crypto for posting and curating.
It has changed my mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance.
I’ve been able to engage and connect, befriend wonderful people from all over the world that I would not get a chance to connect with otherwise.
I am part of marvelous communities and not feeling so isolated anymore.
It has got me back into writing, telling my stories, sharing my knowledge and having some fun!
I’m learning from others, I’m being inspired and motivated.
I’ve been able to witness what a force Steemians can be when they rally together.
Steem has made it easy to give and Steemians come together helping those in need and support different causes.
There has been many changes on Steem and there is so much possibility that I am so thrilled about.
So I’ll be sticking around and Steeming on and I hope some of you will come and bring Steem into the future too!

Yes the community is great and supportive, It's helped me with increasing the balance of positive people I deal with on a daily basis. As a small business owner I really like the feeling of having the sense that I belong to a community who I feel are similar in my thinking (optimistic, easy going). I'm really enjoying the ease of 3Speak after having such difficulties with trying to upload to Dtube. I never could get it except through @Dtubelove so I finally gave up and went back to Youtube.
I much prefer a Decentralized video platform and I like the vision of 3Speak!
Lucky you to live in Hawaii! I visited it once and found it so beautiful as long as you got away from the main tourist areas! I also loved the constant temperature there not like here in Saskatchewan, Canada where it can be - 30 Celsius one day then a few days later it is at the freezing mark! It's been a very similar experience for me. I came to find readers and ended up with friends. I never expected I'd be able to EARN crypto that would become more valuable. It's the community that always brings me back

Anything that changes your mindset from one of scarcity to abundance is a good thing. Crypto is good for that because, theoretically, you can have no upper limit. Of course, wise creators set an upper limit because scarcity creates value in abundance.
It's a grand irony. I love that you're thinking in that direction. You can earn small amounts of crypto "in abundance" because you can create in abundance. It's a beautiful concept.
