Great concept. We must be able to control our anger in order to be keep growing and keep learning along the path and not focusing on frustration and stuff like that.

Anger is one of those things which kills us within. And deteriorates us in multiple aspects, we must learn to control it and beat it before it beats us. Nice video bro
