Netflix Released couple of days ago its first African Original series called Queen Sono, also a Nigerian series is in the works on Netflix and is to be released at later date.

Queen Sono is pretty OK series, when you put the context that Africa isn't hub of billion dollar TV industry backed by state funds or investors. I admit i really haven't seen movies from Africa, which are produced there mainly.
