It's true what you said about voting automation.one thing I noticed about it aswell was if you upvote someone that get constantly over $30 a post is also not so good because your voting efficiency goes down and the reward is also low. I noticed the best is between 60c till $6 than I average an efficiency of 70% till 80% I even gotten one time 110% on one upvote post. But I'm still tweaking a bit on the upvoting timeframes and minimum post rewards.

You're right, those posts that earn a lot are not always profitable. I like how steem works, it's in fact done to let everyone get good rewards, but not to boost always the same people with big rewards. I hope more of us will understand us and we will have better balance in the future.
