Hello, sports lovers,

I am thrilled to share with this great community my entry for the sports contest ongoing in our lovely community. I do not doubt that the love of various individuals on this platform has been great for us.

When it comes to the field of sports, several individuals do their maximum best to put their lives on the line. Some of us although we do not do that at all also contribute in some way. The photo will be sharing with you is a sports-based photo specifically in the field of soccer which is football.

I will be sharing only two photos and both are pictures of myself doing what I love to do most on the pitch although it is not my carrier. I was considering football as part of my carriers growing up but these dreams were brought to a stop when my father vividly explained to me that it is not a game I shouts is my carrier.

This was the time when we us to run away from the house just to get the opportunity to go and play football. We do the same in other to go to training so that we can be part of the school team. He sat me down one day and afterward, I never had any interest in us taking footballers as my carrier or profession. Yes down the line, I regret that but I had no option because made those decisions.

However, years down the line I do play the game of football just to entertain Myself and those around me. This means that the pictures will be sharing will be in the football section to sports. I will be sharing two pictures and I will give the full details about these two.

My first picture.

This is an image of myself taken in the year 2018 March. I was then at the University. I was a key player in my department's football team. I was in the department of Biochemistry and Applied Chemistry offering a BSc. Biochemistry. It was an annual meeting of all Biochemistry students in the Republic of Ghana from different Universities and as part of that, a football match will be played among all the universities.

My first picture is one of the pictures taken when we were doing the training section before the game. Fortunately, for me, I was captured when I was going to pick up the ball and throw it in. That ball I threw in lead to a goal during the training sections. I will therefore not forget that moment and most especially when I see that picture.

My second picture.

This is one of the few pictures of me that I live so match. This picture was taken a day after the first picture also in March 2018. I can not tell the exact day it was. However, I believe the content and what happened is what matters.

This is a picture of myself warming up for our first game of the competition. As I said earlier, this was a competition between all Biochemistry students from different Universities across Ghana called GHABSA Congress. The GHABSA is an abbreviation for Ghana BIochemistry Students Association.

We were preparing to play against the GHABSA students from the University of Ghana and that was when this because was taken. After we went ahead to play their match and fortunately we won our first match. Our second match ended in a draw and our third also ended in a draw. However, we won our fourth and fifth games bringing us to a tie with the host Campus.

We had to face them to decide who is the Champion of the competition. We faced them and fortunately, we scored them 2:1. We have crowned Champions of the competition. Therefore these pictures are of great value to me and my football history.
