I watched the world cup quarter final match on Saturday. The match played between England and France was more enjoyable than the other matches. I will share some with you.
Quarter final matches were great, especially with Portugal's defeat, we entered a very competitive arena.
England v France match
France took the lead 1-0 with Aurelien Tchouameni at 17 minutes. It was great that Aurelien scored a fantastic goal.
Harry Kane scored England's only point at 54 minutes from the penalty spot. This was 1-1.
The second half passed with a very competitive struggle. Both teams scrambled to win.
But in the 78th minute of his fight, Olivier Giroud took France forward with a head goal. The situation was 2-1.
The score is now 2-1 in favor of the "Roosters"!
England won a penalty after the VAR review in 84. Harry Kane threw the ball out on the penalty spot.
It was a great disappointment for England by missing the penalty. Sometimes things don't go well unfortunately.
M. Rashford entered the game after 85 minutes and won a free kick in the following minutes. He threw the ball auta into the upper net. This was very sad for him and for England.
Rashford was very upset and collapsed to the ground. England were eliminated from the Quarterfinals by both missing a penalty and missing a nice free kick.
When there was no other goal in the remaining minutes, France defeated England 2-1 and advanced to the semi-finals.
France will face Morocco in the semi-finals

They were really great matches. I can say that I enjoyed it very much. The matches I watched today were very stylish.
