One of the toughest things in life is change, especially if changing is moving away from what has been your whole life, for someone who has lived at least 21 years. The story of three potential departures from Arsenal this summer.
Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson are all likely to leave the club this summer with Smith Rowe looking the closest to leave first after it was reported that an agreement has been reached with Fulham for his signing, in a deal worth an initial £27 million and could rise to £38 million in performance add ons.
Nketiah is thought to be prospected by Olympique Marseille. I think we've built a good relationship with them over the years and recently with the loan deal for William Saliba, and Nelson is supposedly being eyed by the returning Leicester City.
Even for me, it's hard to see these guys leave (if they all eventually do), but at the same time, if the truth be told, they'd most likely find game time hard to come by, especially with players in their positions who are still delivering. Plus, I feel they haven't really lived up to the standards expected at Arsenal, safe for Smith Rowe who injury has not been kind to. I also wouldn't want us carrying logs with an overbloated team of players we won't use.
So sad to see them leave, but happy if it helps them get their careers back on track.

I think this sums it up really. They all matured into fairly average squad players. None of them have the consistent quality to achieve much in a top team so it'll be interesting to see how they get on. ESR @ Fulham will be interesting to watch - he could become one of their better players.

Sincerely. I think it's a bitter truth that Arsenal refused to accept until now. They'd thrive at not-so-big clubs. Joe Williock is a classic example.
ESR partnering with Iwobi and Leno will make me look forward to Fulham's games now.

It's unusual for somebody to look forward to watching a team based upon their Goalkeeper.
