After marvelous seasons for the previous years, the legendary midfielder Luka Modric have had his contract extension for the current European raining champions.
He has agreed with his manager and the Spanish gaints Real Madrid have come into concensous to extend his contract by a year. This will probably take him stay at the Spanish said to over a decade.
This news was announced by the Spanish raining and European raining current champions on Wednesday that the legendary midfielder will spend another season at the Santiago de Bernabeu.
He had his move from the English premier league side Tottenham Hotspur in the year 2012 and as it stays now, he has had over 400 appearances for the white angles.
He was an integral part of the Carlos Ancelotti's side who clinched to double this season specifically the 2021/2022 football seasons. Also considering his age, it means his is doing marvelously well
This has given him a lot of trophies in his cabinet as he has won 5 champions league trophies, 3 La-Liga title, Coppa del Ray once and also one time club world cup champions.
This same legendary player has been able to win 3 European supper cup having those medals in his cabinet along side supercopa de Espana 4 times. The Croatian is truly and legend in the game of soccer when you ask me.
Having made these success at the club levels not excluding his country, he did well to take them to a new level after they had the chance to draw a game with France some few days ago. Every individual is expecting more from him both at the club levels and international level after his contract extension for the white angles.
Modric is very luck to still have an opportunity to extend his contract by a year at his age at Madrid.
