Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

you do realize the proxy witness voter you voted for, @proxy.token , is voting for the witnesses of @justinsunsteemit , who want to centralize steem (only justin approved witnesses), make steem part of the tron blockchain and decrease powerdown time (increasing volatility and enabling exchanges to use more of customer money to use for witness voting)... possibly even censoring steem in the future with controll of top witnesses...
please change proxy or vote witnesses your self. dont vote for witnesses running justins steem version 22.5
